Recruitment manager

Job Description:

Our client, an international company operating in the retail sector is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join its team in Italy. This is a key role within the HR structure, with high visibility and direct impact on business growth.

You will be the owner of the recruitment function in Italy, leading mainly high-volume operational hiring while helping to structure processes, metrics and best practices. You will have a Senior Recruiter in your team, ensuring recruitment activities are aligned with business needs and growth plans. This is a hands-on position with real responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations and building structure in a growing environment.

FUNKTIONEN:

Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and follow-up.

Leading high-volume recruitment processes for operational roles.

Partnering closely with Operations, especially during new openings.

Traveling across Italy to support recruitment activities when required.

Defining and implementing recruitment KPIs (turnover analysis, time-to-hire, vacancy drivers, exit interviews, etc.).

Developing employer branding initiatives.

Structuring and standardizing recruitment processes and best practices.

Managing relationships with external agencies and providers.

ANFORDERUNGEN:

Strong experience in high-volume recruitment.

Background in retail, QSR, call centers, staffing agencies or similar fast-paced environments.

Previous experience coordinating or mentoring junior/senior recruiters is a plus.

Fluent English (mandatory).

Availability to travel within Italy.
