FUNCTIONS

Our client, a multinational company specializes in the manufacture, sale and distribution of soft drinks, looks for a professional to drive the S&OP Process from business and operations point of view to manage business through S&OP, achieving high forecast accuracy from volume to value; enabling business growth agenda and a efficient supply chain. Strategically lead sales and supply chain planning functions through sound S&OP practices and support ongoing company sustainable profitable growth. Main responsabilities: - Own and drive adherence to the S&OP process; coaching all functional areas involved in the S&OP - Ensure monthly S&OP process is in place through Marketing & R&D NPD reviews, Demand Reviews, Supply reviews and S&OP meetings take place with adequate level of detail and analysis is in place. - Working within S&OP framework (18-24 month horizon), and utilizing extensive data modelling (forecasting techniques ) SAP/APO capability, build and deliver supply plans that meet all customer demand requirements. - Create value by developing and delivering demand & supply best practices best suited to deliver company’s objectives, ensuring alignment with end-to-end supply chain strategies. - Feedback issues identified and new requirements throughout the S&OP to the ExCo - Continually improve the process through collecting feedback and upskilling on industry best practice - Definition of Supply & Demand strategy, defining KPIs and targets to attain high level of customer service satisfaction and compliant with OTIF agreements. - Ensure Rough Cut capacity Planning is run to provide management with adequate information to advise on potential stock issues and decide on product & resources trade offs - Identify areas of opportunity within the supply chain and then develop policies and procedures using S&OP best practices. - Work across all business functions to develop a customer focused supply chain. Background: - Experience in IBP and S&OP, with planning methods and tools (SAP/APO- MPS & MRP is essential) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, team environment and adapt to change - Supply chain experience, working with cross functional teams in multiple countries / cultures - Ability to influence across business and departments, especially at the executive level, leading change. - Strong data analytical competence, consultative and problem solving skills - Building teams & Developing People - Strategic thinking, delivering the results
