Delivery of budgeted targets assigned
Coach and drive the field sales team, both sell in and sell out.
Keep a relationship with assigned customers and prospects.
Deliver specific projects.
Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be transmitted
to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way
Main areas of responsibilities:
Achievement of Budget targets
Set sales targets and minimum quality standards required to field sales organization
Ensure that a maximum amount of merchants use the company’s services. Cross sell across
Analysis of results vs. objectives, understanding reason for deviation and initiation of corrective
actions when needed
Ensure CRM (Salesforce), Datamining (MStrategy) and all sales tools are properly used as well desired working method is applied
Report to the Company all significant competitor activities and market trends
Relationship with customers and prospects assigned, as well as main stakeholders.
Provide leadership and direction with clear communication to the field sales team
Evaluate, grow, train and improve the field sales team. Take decisions on sales team reporting to him/her
Ensure all activities are done in respect of Company rules and applicable legislation
Main Function interaction:
Country Managing Director, Sales Marketing Manager, IT Manager, Regional Chief Operating Officer

Genuine sales leadership, ability to coach and to drive the sales organization

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and influence at all levels
Good knowledge of MS Office products
CRM management experience
Ability to learn quickly and to catch business fundamentals in an easy way.
Able to report as part of his tasks. Organizational skills. Pay attention to details. Able to follow procedures and make his / her team work in same way.
Able to work in a digital/technology frame. Make technology as the core of the business and able to sell the advantage.
Able to travel frequently; 50% of his/her time.

Education and qualifications:
University graduate preferred
Written and conversational spoken English
Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach the
3 years’ experience of leading, managing and developing a sales team
