FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities : - Involved in all key phases of the recruitment process. - Filtering candidates using our unique technological tools. - Conducting phone interviews according to job requirements. - Presenting short-listed candidates to hiring managers. - Remain in close contact with project manager and client. Requirements : - Professional experience in recruitment or HR of at least 2 year. More experience is very welcome. - University Degree in Business, Economics, Law, Psychology etc. - Interest in in the area of recruitment and/or HR Projects. - Fluent in English and Spanish. German, French or Italian are a plus - Comfortable with new technologies. - Dynamic and proactive. - Results-focused. - Collaborative. - Fast learner and continuous learning attitude.
