We´re looking for a HRBP who will be responsible for managing the execution of all HR services for Portugal& North of Spain (aprox 500ppl) , including but not limited to, training, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, workforce effectiveness and individual development planning. They will support both corporate (Lisbon) and field level associates and managers on HR-related matters, ensure that HR programs and plans are aligned to business priorities and will monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key measures. Responsabilities: 1. Ensure efficient collaboration with the managers and co-workers of their market group on HR related topics in order to add value and enable business growth 2. Contribute with expertise and support in a proactive way the managers and co-workers regarding people recruitment, talent management, leadership & development in order to ensure optimal competence over time and secure succession 3. Contribute with expertise and support competence development and performance management in the business area in order to ensure expected outcomes are met and improve co-workers' experience regarding competence, commitment and contribution 4. Propose relevant HR solutions to managers and co-workers order to manage challenges, opportunities and issues 5. Identify and communicate feedback and ideas from the business area to HR experts, making use of additional expertise input or support, in order to improve processes and secure that the requirements of the business are met 6. Promote best practices of culture, values and ways of working in order to ensure compliance and a great co-worker experience 7. Secure and follow up that the function is working in line with the mandatory elements of the HR strategy to ensure compliance and a consistent execution of the framework and policies 8. Participate and provide expert input to different P&C projects in order to cover the specific needs of the market or business area BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 4 year degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of HR experience, Generalist HR knowledge within the Retail Industry Strong project Management and process improvement skills Demonstrate innovative thinking to problem solving and customer service Ability to provide fair and empathetic guidance and consultation through active listening and proper analysis of all situations Strong communication skills Good level of English & Portuguese & Spanish. Availability to travel weekly
