FUNCTIONS

We are looking for a professional to join our client´s MK team who will define and execute the procedures and activities of Brand, as well as supervise the activities in the matter carried out by all the companies of the Group, always according to the indications of the Marketing Department and the established policy, with the aim of ensuring an attractive presence of the Group brands in the market and respectful of the positioning and development of its image. RESPONSIBILITIES • Brand strategy aligned with business values and objectives, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term • Planning and execution of brand communications and platforms for B2C purposes aligned with brand strategy • Planning and execution of corporate commercial marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy • Planning and execution of brand tools and platforms for B2B purposes aligned with brand strategy • Planning and execution of brand implementation across the full porfolio of centres aligned with brand strategy • Support to internal comms and HR teams with internal brand tools and platforms • Managing the budget for brand strategy and execution • Competitor and customer insights analysis REQUIREMENTS • University bachelor • Fluent English and Spanish mandatory • Other portfolio languages desirable (French, Italian, Polish, German, Dutch, Catalan) • 10-15 years experience min building brand identities and executing brand strategies • Understanding of consumer needs and behavior • Strong analytical ability – analyze data, develop insights, etc. • Teams management • Project management expertise (desirable, not mandatory) • Strategic approach • Consumer-driven • Strong attention to detail • Have the ability to think big, delivering innovative strategic solutions • Budget management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results • Retail Understanding (desirable, not mandatory) • Analytical and prioritisation skills, working effectively to meet tight and changing schedules. • Proactive mindset; positive attitude; team committed • Traveling availability mandatory • Driving license desirable • International experience very desirable
