THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Netherlands to join our international team:
• You will take care of active accounts as well as prospecting new clients.
• You will build up brand awareness on the local market and establish excellent relationship with
potential costumers.
• Continuous communication via phone, email and face to face meetings with decision makers is key to your success.
• On a regular base you will update Catenons' information tools and client database.
• You will be accountable for results and defined objectives
REQUIREMENTS
THE PROFILE:
• You are an excellent networker and like to communicate, at the same time you are extremely organized and focused on results.
• Previous experience in the recruitment and selection industry or in an HR role will help you to understand costumers needs.
• We are looking for a self-starter who is able to identify business opportunities and close deals.
• You enjoy working in an international and culturally divers environment with flat hierarchies.
• At Catenon its about digital recruitment and technology, so you are passionate about what the future will bring for talent attraction.
• Last but not least you are educated on university level and are fluent in English and Dutch.
