Our client, a quickly-growing international digital company, is seeking an experienced and resourceful Personal Assistant to join their office in Barcelona. This person will support the CEO with all the logistics of a constantly shifting and complex life, as he is leading a company that has offices in 3 continents and moves at a high pace. Main responsibilities: • Book CEO’s private and professional travel and accommodation arrangements both domestically and internationally. • Provide logistical support for CEO - for meetings (technical, catering, rooms) and trips (travel, logistics, schedule). • Manage personal errands for the CEO as needed. • Plan, arrange, and coordinate events such as team outings and conferences. • Eventually function as a friendly gatekeeper, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Who you are and what you can do: • You are a highly motivated self-starter who works well with a lot of autonomy and little direction, and you understand when and how to appropriately involve others and ask for help. • You are discreet and understand what information is sensitive and should be kept confidential. • You are able to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a high pressure, fast paced atmosphere with grace, positivity, and a calm demeanor. • You value quality and pay close attention to detail, taking full ownership of whatever is thrown your way with a high level of service, responsiveness, and follow-through for both internal and external stakeholders. • You’re an expert communicator with above average formal/informal writing skills . • You have strong interpersonal skills and thrive on building meaningful, trusting relationships. Your background: • Native or near-native in both English and Spanish. • 3-6 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant (preferably for a C-level executive) in a fast-growing environment. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent..
