FUNCTIONS

What will you be doing? • Build and execute the Trade Marketing plans for Asia Pacific to achieve branded growth in line with the commercial plan. • Develop and execute channel development programs in selected channels/segments. • Develop consistent branded Trade Communication programs and campaigns to enhance awareness and top of mind positions within the professional foodservice arena, in line with corporate identity and branded guidelines. • Successfully launch new innovative potato products, determine route-to-market and roll-out supporting campaigns and sales tools. Work closely with the Product marketing Team to optimize the APAC product portfolio driven by customer and market needs. • Develop in-store communication and promotions for brand visibility and support of chained operators in QSR, casual dining and wholesale partners; • Working closely with the Global Intelligence manager to provide market insights, consumer studies and intelligence to be shared (by sales) with customers and food professionals. Be the market expert and voice of the APAC team. • Work closely with sales in developing key-accounts by providing winning sales presentations, in-store promotions and menu development concepts; What do you need? • University/ Bachelor degree, preferably Master in the field of Marketing or International Business. • Minimum 5 years of relevant (international) work experience in (trade) Marketing within food and beverages, preferably in a food operator of wholesale environment; • Advanced marketing skills and all-round in marketing execution (exhibitions, advertising, online and social media, sales tools, print). • Persuasive skills and the ability to sell-in marketing plans to the sales team. • Strong social skills to work together within the APAC team, with departments in the head office, the international trade marketers, global marketing team, customers and agencies. Strong team player, ability and eagerness to work with cross-functional teams. • Coach the market manager • Talent for project management, planning and organization. • Positive, proactive and result driven attitude with strong communicative skills. • You enjoy a good laugh and are passionate about fries and food. • Excellent language skills, orally and written, in English. • Ability to travel 10%-20%.
