FUNCTIONS

We are currently looking for a Digital Retail Marketing Specialist that will work for the Southern Europe HUB providing support to the Digital Omnichannel Strategy and coordinating with local markets to activate brands in all shopper touch-points of the path to purchase and monitoring. We can highlight the following responsibilities: - Support the delivery of the annual Digital Retail Activations for the Hub within deadline and approved budget. - Responsible for supporting markets on covering all digital activations in retail: market places, brand pages, brand campaigns, digital event activations and social media. - Partner with Regional On-Line Specialists to get assets needed and proactively give input on recommendations and executions to ensure local requirements are met. - Coordinate with Retail Specialist to align activations plans from an omnichannel perspective to create common and integrated solutions to markets. - Monitoring and action taking on reviews and ratings and informing local Retail Teams about ratings. - Development of a Full Year Brand Guide for permanent and event activations including Social Media. - Benchmark to seek future chances for Brand/Channels activations. - Work with external and internal agencies to deliver cost effective business solutions within budget and timelines - Attend meetings with external agencies and relevant internal departments and support the agency briefing and pitching process - Support the recommendation and approval of design work, delivery plans and costs and the implementation and delivery of approved projects. Our ideal candidate for the position will have: • Degree level education with business, e-commerce, marketing or sales related fields. • At least 5 years experience in e-commerce in one the following areas: Toy/FMCG/Agency/Retail/Fashion Industry • Experience in multiple projects • Experience of briefing design agencies and/or 3rd parties • Data and analysis oriented • Project management and time management skills • Good level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of customers both internal and external • Presentation and communication skills • Knowledge of the retail environment and its mechanics • English fluency speaking is essential. • Proposes new ideas and acts with courage • Ability to manage realistic expectations and identify action steps • Ability to juggle multiple priorities • Provides rationale for recommendations
