FUNCTIONS

We are working with a privately owned global beauty group which operates in the development, manufacturing and distribution of fashion and celebrity driven beauty brands across fragrances, skincare, makeup, hair and body care. Tehy are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinatos for their office in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer service excellence for the assigned customer portfolio in the respective territories. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, logistics, supply chain, demand planning and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth process from order to delivery and billing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage communication with assigned customer accounts using various channels (e.g., email, Microsoft Teams, phone). Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Oversee the entire order cycle (A-Z), including order entry, processing, tracking, and completion. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, stock availability, and lead times. Generate and share customer-specific reports as requested or required. Ensure all customer-related data is up-to-date and accurately reflected in systems and communications. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to optimize order fulfillment and ensure prompt dispatch of goods. Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address any delays or issues. Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including export paperwork, tailored to market- or country-specific regulations. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner to avoid delays in shipment. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 3-6 years of experience in the logistics and customer service area, specifically, working with distributors and marketplaces. Valuable to have a bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a similar field. Fluent Italian and English are required. Highly valuable experience working with e-commerce channel and marketplaces. Problem-solving skills, strong communication, and customer-oriented.
