Hotel General Manager for a luxury resort based in Costa del Sol
- Budget management and analysis
- Management and direction of hotel staff
- Ensuring full compliance with hotel operational controls, policies, procedures, and service standards
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent implementation of the hotel's Operating Budget, Marketing and Sales Plan, and Capital Budget
- Development of strategic objectives (medium and long term)
- Implementation of improvement initiatives
Position requirements:
- Professional with at least 10 years of experience in Hotel Management.
- Experience in luxury hotels
- Experience in the English-speaking Caribbean
- Professionals from leading hotel chains in their sector are highly valued
- Fluent in English and preferably Spanish
