FUNCTIONS

The Role: Hierarchically reporting to the Country Manager and functionally to the company Operations Director. The Operations and Service Manager will be responsible for the whole operational activities of the company in Marseille, meeting both the SLA targets stated in the contract with the metropolitan authorities, and the company business plan: • During the implementation phase, acting as the Project Manager to assure a smooth service deployment. • Maintenance of all assets attached to the service. • Logistic distribution to balance offer & demand. • Warehousing and spare parts replenishment management. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for relations with client for operational work and contract compliance. • Implement the company's maintenance plan • Produce and implement annual department budget • Ensure compliance with service level objectives. • Manage and report service KPIs on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly). • Implement the company's distribution logistics plan. • Operations continue improvement. • Ensure implementation of QHS policies and regulations. • Evaluate and promote your direct staff. • Negotiation with Unions. • Candidate Profile and Skills: • Technical and/or logistical experience, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position in the mobility services sector, for example, transport services, facilities management, infrastructure maintenance services, logistics, factory production,etc. • Strong negotiation, communication, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills (such as in an industrial factory). • Management of +100 employees (drivers, mechanics, warehouse, customer service center and external suppliers). Demonstrable experience in managing internal and external teams is required. • Hands on oriented, used to go on-site to supervise and evaluate quality service delivery. • Excellent level of English, Spanish would be an added value • Excellent level on Microsoft tools (Excell, MS Project, …). • Expert in reporting for management. • Experience in the use of computer systems such as CMMS, Power BI, Dynamics and SQL are valued, with the ability to extract information from data.
