FUNCTIONS
VP Sales
Ensure profitability, for the business unit in charge, through the integration of the strategies,
tactics and execution of actions with a commercial and marketing vision; that allow guaranteeing
compliance with corporate guidelines based on the operational processes actionable in the
business unit. Likewise, design strategies with a customer focus that allow detecting, knowing
and understanding the decision drivers with the in order to structure and direct specific business
proposals for making correct decisions and exercising leadership focusing the efforts of
productive, commercial, service and administrative processes under their responsibility to
guarantee the profitability and positioning of your operation.
Responsibilities:
Establish and/or update the strategic plan for the company, short, medium and long term;
aligning the objectives (Profitability, ROI, EVA, etc.) of your business unit based on the
company's strategic guidelines.
Prepare and design the ad hoc business plan for the operation of the business unit at its
disposal. position, reflecting the cost-benefit criteria, market analysis, technical analysis and
financial equilibrium point.
Lead the evaluation of the portfolio of products according to the design guidelines and financial
model established for the business unit.
Responsible for the income statement of your business unit, through evaluation of the
profitability of the operation.
Coordination of work plans in conjunction with other business units through the administration of
bilateral service agreements to ensure the the objectives of your business unit."
Lead and develop your Executives and work teams, guaranteeing effectiveness work in their
functions. Ensuring that the processes, methods, culture and climate of work continually
improve, promoting the well-being of collaborators and contribute to the development of skills.
Establish permanent contact with the client in order to obtain feedback for the services received
and prepare improvement proposals together with teams multi-functional; that guarantees
customer satisfaction and an increase in market share."
Ensuring the proper administration of the customer prioritization policy, sales areas and
channels aligned with the corporate commercial strategy.
Requirement:
+10 years of sales experience
+ 8 years leading a big commercial team
Experiences with perishable products (mandatory)
Available to travel frequently
