FUNCTIONS

Working closely for a Management Consulting Firm, based in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisboa, we're looking for a HR Manager who will provide strategic and tactical HR support to the Managing Partners and report directly to them. This role will work closely with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization to deliver on various Human Resources programs, processes, and initiatives. This role has primary responsibility for collaborating with leadership to identify business needs and Human Resources solutions in alignment with the Business strategy. The successful HR Manager must have the ability to seek out opportunities to work collaboratively with management in achieving business goals and proactively identify areas to bring value. This role will also assist in the development of strategic Human Resources programs that will engage, develop and retain employees. Responsabilities: - Develop and execute on strategic Human Resources programs and solutions that will help attract, engage, develop, and retain employees. - Lead Recruiting Process: Align recruiting objectives, targets and required profiles; Funnel/KPIs, Headhunter, Interviews (and structure types of interviews/round); Coordinate offer process (inc salary offered) and coordinate onboarding. - Support the employee performance evaluation processes and partner with management to ensure that all employees are provided clear and consistent feedback on performance. - Understand, recommend, and implement Human Resources policies and procedures and it communication to the employees. - Elaborate the compensation & benefits policies implementation, partnering with the Managing Partners. - Diagnose and deliver reward and recognition programs in alignment with Corporate policies to drive business performance. - Lead appropriate the employee engagement process, from the communication plan to the survey implementation, results analysis and action plans implementation and follow-up, that lead to the desired organizational culture. - Lead Social Activities: Yearly events, Alumni, etc. - Facilitate the adoption of change initiatives for continuous organizational and productivity improvements. - Provide General Administration (Vacations, Timestamp -Timege-; Expenses and expense report for invoicing; LOPD). Requirements: - More than 5 years’ experience in HR and Organizational development, preferably with work experience from a consulting company, professional services, startup organization or similar. - Business Administration, Psychology or Labor Law degree. Master degree in Human Resources would be a plus. - Languages: fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese would be a plus. - Advanced Office skills. - Demonstrated competence in employee benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management and human resource practices and related laws and regulations. Skills: - Availability to travel once or twice a month. - Ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. - Excellent customer service, with the ability to communicate, present information, make recommendations and influence positively the organization relationships. - Strong collaboration skills, the ability to effectively leverage internal corporate resources. - Proven project management experience and ability to manage complex projects and prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy and meet deadlines.
