FUNCTIONS

We are currently recruiting Business Development Managers for our central office in Madrid. The purpose is to grow our existing client base and to help develop strong relationships within an approved and aligned trade term framework. You will make recommendations and develop the strategy. As key responsibilities, we can highlight the following: - Prospect the assigned geographical area for new potential sales. - Identify target companies and arrange presentations in order to acquire new accounts. - Follow-up with the accounts with which the company has already been working. - Analyze and look for new business opportunities. - Develop and consolidate the relationship with your different partners. - Collaborate with other departments of the company to enhance the sale of all services. Our ideal candidate will have: - Proven Recruitment/Headhunting experience of at least 4 years is essential. - At least 2 years of experience developing sales actions. More experience is very welcome. - Fluent English and Spanish. Others languages are a plus. - University Degree. MBA would be an asset. - Interest for HR and convinced about the Human capital as a key factor of success for organizations. - Dynamic, proactive professional, result delivery focused, team worker who is highly interested in what new technologies can do for HR Management.
