FUNCTIONS
You establish the risk policy for the operations linked to the processes, safety, environment, regulations. You plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the operations. Main responsibilities: Business continuity planning Establish the risk policy for our operations linked to our processes, safety, environment, regulations, etc… Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the operations Make risk assessments, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business Evaluate risk based on criteria established by the operations such as costs, legal requirement and environmental factors, and propose plan to limit or remove these risks Conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organisation Profile : Engineer or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience in the industrial risks companies, in operational and corporate level. You have significant experience in support of an executive role in a demanding environment requiring great autonomy. You master all computer tools. You have a fluent level of English which will allow you to establish good relations (both orally and in writing) with international teams.
