The company is an emerging global platform of the FinTech industry which goal is to enable key players (start-ups, Coorporations and Investors) in the Tech ecosystem to participate in the co-creation of value in an agile, digital and scalable way. Functions: -Design, execution and management of a Sales Plan and strategy for Spanish, LatAm markets and other international markets -Work with marketing, product management, pre-sales, and solution engineering teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive Sales strategies. -Explain and sell the platform to obtain the highest number of paying users by make proposals and send them to customers to close deals. -Identify customer needs and align them with our Platform offerings to create accurate Value Propositions. Evaluate and Analyse Customer Needs. Build Trust and Transparency with Clients -Constantly coach, support, and lead a sales organization around Sales & Account coverage, territory management and coverage, pipeline generation and opportunity execution. -Follow up on clients using CRM based tools -Articulate company’s impact on value proposition to C-Levels and establish strong relationships that drive deals to a successful conclusion. -Support & coach local sales teams in preparing sales meetings, defining Point of Views, building value propositions and meeting with prospects to land the first customers. -Support and shape deal strategy to create new opportunities within unexplored areas and position company´s unique value proposition in a competitive market. You will thrive if you have: -A Sales attitude and hunger -A track record of success in managing skilled Account Executives. -Experience within the SaaS business -Previous successful experience in opening new markets/countries. -Minimum 7-8 years experience as a sales leader successfully selling software solutions at C-Level. -Minimum 5 years selling B2B SaaS software solutions -Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex sales environments, large or global accounts and bringing them to growth and new business generation -Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment. Other Requirements -A passion for building and growing a diverse Sales team -Comfortable with the culture of a fast-paced tech company. -Hands-on and troubleshooter attitude -Go-getter agile in organizing, prioritizing, and managing deadlines. -Autonomous and collaborative team player -Sound and practical business judgment. -Passion for retail and our ability to have a social impact in this field -English and Spanish fluent -Experience using Hubspot
