A global platform that aims to simplify all buying and selling travel needs of travel partners
across the world. The proprietary technology platform aims to simplify the demands of the complex world of global travel by seamlessly connecting the highly distributed travel buyers and travel suppliers at scale.
We are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and drive its sales operations in Mexico. The primary focus of this role is to strengthen sales activities in a highly competitive travel segment. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and aggressive individual with the urgent responsibility of managing the Mexico region.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team across various regions in Mexico.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the base of travel agencies and acquire
new clients.
• Collaborate with regional Managers and Key Account Managers to ensure an integrated sales
approach.
• Identify growth opportunities in the market and implement actions to capitalize on these
opportunities.
• Manage sales operations based in Mexico.
• Ensure all internal and external communication is conducted in English due to the global nature
of the company.
Requirements:
• Solid experience in the retail travel industry, preferably with knowledge of both offline and
online markets.
• Proven track record in leading sales teams, with demonstrated skills in motivating and achieving
results.
• Ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment, driving aggressive sales initiatives.
• Proficiency in English, with the capability to conduct all company communications in this
language.
• Previous experience and knowledge of the travel retail market are advantageous.
