FUNCTIONS

For our growing Business, we are looking for a Senior Executive Manager in charge of developing key accounts in the Energy & Industrial sectors, with a strong relationship spirit and within an approved and aligned trade term framework. Based in Barcelona, your key responsibilities are : - Make recommendations and develop the strategy on your sectors, both nationally and internationally. - Prospect the assigned geographical area commercially. - Make a search and acquisition of large accounts, generating growth for the company. - Develop a strategy on the follow-up, loyalty and optimisation of our existing accounts. - Analyse and look for new business opportunities within your scope of action. - Manage sold positions’ briefing with the clients and ensure the correct execution of the selection processes, supervising the consultants assigned to them - Develop and consolidate the relationship with our different Partners - Collaborate with other departments of the company to enhance the sale of all services. - Manage and develop a team of executive managers You are our ideal candidate if you : - Have at least 4 years of experience developing commercial actions or key accounts, ideally in the headhunting sector. - Have a previous experience in team management in business development - University Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar. MBA would be an asset. - Are fluent in more than one European language (Spanish is mandatory, high level of English would be a plus, any other language welcome) - Are a dynamic, proactive professional, result delivery focused, team worker, highly interested in what new technologies can do for HR Management.
