Summary Responsible for managing both tactical initiatives as well as strategic operational goals that shape company culture, engage employees and drive organizational results. This position will act as a business partner by embedding company HR strategy and by providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups within assigned region with the objective to add value to the business. You should demonstrate the ability to become a trusted partner and advisor for leaders and employees, bringing a passion for strategic thinking and delivering practical, results-oriented solutions. Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Identifies, prioritizes, builds and delivers organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes across facilities in EMEA. • Leads workforce planning, talent assessment and succession planning for client groups • Drives people processes (performance and talent management). • Utilizes data and analytics to drive business decisions and assess organizational effectiveness. • Assesses and identifies training needs for individuals and organization; develops, evaluates and monitors programs to ensure objectives are met. • Provides day to day coaching and performance management guidance. • Champions HRIS-related initiatives and ensures processes and procedures are developed, implemented, and followed. • Guides managers through the execution of HR programs, processes and strategic initiatives. • Ensures HR processes and practices are compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements. • Oversees large-scale projects as well as participates in functional and cross-functional initiatives. • Identifies and drives communication and sharing of learning to facilitate continuous improvement. • Develops collaborative relationships with HR counterparts and leverages experts to create solutions for the business; sharing knowledge and best practices. • Ensures that EMEA HR Team provides appropriate support to line management. • Partners with Talent Acquisition Manager ensuring recruitment is compliant and timely. • Advises on HR policy; maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employees; ensures compliance with all applicable employment policies, regulations and laws. • Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an HR senior level management capacity in comparable organization(s) of size and industry. • International experience managing workforce across regions or countries is essential. • Proficient English and a knowledge of Spanish, French or other languages would be a plus. • Ability to develop clear, actionable steps from overall strategy and complete projects. • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, project management skills. • Proficient with HRIS platforms and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite etc • Working knowledge of employment laws. • Solid experience using HRIS platforms, preferably as an administrator. • Confident operating in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Able to travel, nationally and internationally, as necessary Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SuccessFactors.
