FUNCTIONS
Form strategic long-term partnerships and alliances to take the company to its next level
Responsible for revenue generation from a portfolio of partners
Pursue, Lead, Establish and Manage Partner relationship engagements
Develop key strategic partnerships and monetization models
Comfortable providing demos of product and gathering intel that will influence the product roadmap that will help us achieve product market fit as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Work with cross-functional teams to pursue and implement new revenue generating opportunities.
Focus not only on outstanding day-to-day work but lead into the future with strong thought leadership
Continually meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
REQUIREMENTS
A high-energy person with superior social skills and good understanding of the technology/agri-techmarket
Looking to invest your time and energy in a dynamic startup company which is rapidly growing
Have previous experience performing the essential job duties of this position, preferably at a multinational; B2B enterprise SAAS company.
Able to handle multiple tasks under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively at meetings, providing presentations and in written documents
Strong strategic background, well-versed in software operations (preferable, not mandatory) and landscape. Broadly understands the planning process, best practices, available tools and key resources to deliver best in class work.
Knowledge of business processes,
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PPT,
Keen attention to detail,
A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to learn quickly with limited instruction.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multitask
Strong planning and project management skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
The ability to work overtime and/or after hours as needed to meet the needs of the business.
Should be able and willing to travel extensively and be able to represent Agnext and industry forums/conferences etc too
