FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities: For the BOS Program, in the context of deployment projects across affiliates: • Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management plan and strategy. • Build and execute a stakeholder mapping and engagement plan. • Conduct and regularly update Impact Assessments across various stakeholder groups. • Identify, align, and prioritize key areas for change and action points. • Monitor and track open actions related to change management and project management activities. • Lead the communication strategy, crafting clear messages that highlight project benefits and impacts. Tailor communications to specific stakeholder communities as needed. • Design and coordinate a training program, including the creation or updating of training materials to support the transition to new processes and tools. • Ensure strong project buy-in from end-users and actively measure engagement. • Report change management-related progress and issues to the program Steering Committee. • Inspire and drive change and continuous improvement within and across functions, units, processes, and value flows. For Projects and Initiatives within the BOS Centre: • Implement change management processes and tools for project teams. • Oversee and coordinate the work of various stakeholders, ensuring progress is tracked and managed, specifically in: Identifying user impacts. • Define and deploy a tailored change management strategy in collaboration with local change management leaders (ambassadors, HR managers, site managers, etc.). • Develop training programs for impacted communities. • Coordinate communication within the BOS team in collaboration with group communication teams and project teams (mobilization, delivery, etc.), as well as impacted sites. • Manage the communication of monthly SAP releases to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency, awareness of updates, improvements, and potential impacts. Additional Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for all change management-related matters. • Collaborate with the change management lead for the other transformation programs to ensure alignment and consistency. Requirements: • Proven expertise in change management principles, including impact analysis, communication, and training strategies, ideally within SAP or IT environments. • Strong project management skills with knowledge of project lifecycles, methodologies, and tools. • Solid understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes. • Highly adaptable and resilient, able to multitask and excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. • Strong understanding of best practices in professional communications, with experience in internal communications and marketing initiatives. • Collaborative team player, effective in working across functions and building strong relationships. • Active listener with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, adept at engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Flexibility to travel.
