FUNCTIONS

Specifically you will: Diagnose the clients needs, create a portfolio and model and execute the project In this role you will also: Maintain contacts with users to determine project objectives and application development needs: inputs, outputs, information flows, necessary hardware and software, etc. Direct and plan application development projects, evaluating their technical and economic viability, establishing the execution phases and schedule, controlling their development, etc. Define and develop standard procedures for analysis and programming activities. Ensure the maintenance of existing applications in operation in their functional area. Supervise the development of new versions of existing applications. Technically advise both the users of the applications and the analysts and programmers in their charge. This position combines key account management with project management.
