The EU Core Accounts Sales Leader has to ensure that the defined sales strategy is executed and delivers results as defined in the plan and LRP (long range plan). The candidate will lead a team of Core Accounts Nonwovens managers. As such the candidate will develop his/her team & talents that are recognized as high performing and collaborative across the wider organization. Included with the leadership responsibilities, this individual will support collaboration among Application Engineers/Operation/S&T to effectively execute commercial objectives. The Core Accounts Sales Leader will also play the one point of contact for inside sales team. the candidates brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in an international B2B environment, ideally in the composite/chemical or construction sector (with high trading volumes). He/she has a proven track record in team management and leading a commercial and key account based strategies among its customers. He/she has a strong experience in operating in a multi-cultural global matrix environment, leading through influence and inspiration. He/she has ability to lead the change and demonstrate business leadership in sales, including direct people leadership and located remotely. This position can be based in France, Belgium or Netherlands (ability to travel 50% of the time).
