FUNCTIONS
At Catenon Mexico we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager with experience in the Executive Search industry, focused on the team management of senior recruiters and selection and evaluation of qualified candidates, within diverse industries and from all over the world, participating in end-to-end processes, and willing to work with a global approach.
Your functions:
- Managing all key phases of the recruitment processes for middle to top executive positions nationally and internationally, including in-depth briefing meetings with the manager to ensure alignment on position requirements, search strategy mix definition, deep search and evaluation of potential candidates.
- Attracting active and passive candidates through direct search and all appropriate approaches: LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, social media, cold calls and active pipeline top talent.
- Managing candidates’ evaluation and follow-up using Catenon’s methodology and tools through Catenon’s internal platform, Smapick.
- Conducting phone, in-depth and video recorded interviews to assess the candidates’ hard and soft skills according to the job requirements.
- Working hand in hand with the revenue manager and the client to ensure quality and adequacy of the recruitment process.
- Achieving successful execution and quality KPIs.
- Managing a team of senior recruiters, organizing the workload, processes fluidity and overall development.
- Lead all projects in regard to the attraction and inclusion of diverse profiles.

What you need to bring:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, digital recruitment, talent acquisition or HR related tasks
- University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Law, Psychology, RRHH
- Excellent communication and organisation skills, prioritising and working on dead-lines, Dynamic and proactive, results-focused, collaborative, ability to understand business needs through specific profiles.
- Skills in assessment and/or coaching would be a plus.
- High level of Spanish and high level of English required (Other languages would be a great plus).
- Comfortable with new technologies, and digital searching tools.
- Dynamic and proactive, results-focused, collaborative.
- Fast learner and continuous learning attitude, high capacity to work autonomously.
