Mission: Manage existing accounts, maintain and grow product lines with existing business. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Gain new clients. Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that convince potential clients. Functions: Manage current accounts and expand business. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Define and propose for internal approval and materialize the annual Budget related to the customers and segments assigned in accordance with the Strategic plan. Identify opportunities and risks for existing and potential customers; forecasting and reporting using the CRM. Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Requisites Technical Degree in Engineering or equivalent or a degree in Business Management or equivalent. More than 5 years in sales management with a demonstrated record of sales growth in Packaging business and FMCG is essential. Good sales & key account/market management track-record in Central Europe. Experienced in translating product specifications to production facilities. German & English at a proficient level. Possibility of working from Homeoffice anywhere in Northern Europe. Strong customer relationship development skills both for short- and long-term business development and growth. Good track record in an industrial service delivery field - preferably involved with multiple solutions selling. Technical competence and excellent Customer problem solving skills. Commercial negotiation skills.Team player. Results orientation. Client orientation Dutch , Spanish or any other European languages would be highly valued.
