FUNCTIONS

What will your challenges be? With the business input, participate in the design, implementation and monitoring of the LICON operating model at a global level (process of change and adaptation of the current one) as well as the definition of all the necessary extra requirements to integrate it into the current company global structure. Lead the co-ordination of the company (LICON) community experience creation and forecasting process with the different impacted stakeholders. Integrate the necessary sub-processes in the current Supply structure. Ensure the level of service, costs and necessary KPIs (stock levels, delivery lead times) intrinsic to B2C operations that help to monitor them in order to capture them in a global B2C operational dashboard. Define and implement a monitoring model (together with Consumer Care) of the operations and incidents derived from the service to end consumers with a direct impact on the SLA to the end customer. Lead transversal projects that impact the Supply area for the correct digital transformation of the supply chain. Participate in other transversal projects such as the validation and search for logistics partners, lead RFQs together with the purchasing and logistics team, definition of system flows for process automation, etc. Are you the one we are waiting for? Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role (Project Manager) Relevant experience in Supply Chain area. Education: University Degree. Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2) IT: Advanced excel and knowledge of SAP.
