FUNCTIONS

Our client is a leading FMCG company currently recruiting a Brand Manager as part of their expansion in the Moroccan & African market. The position will be based in Casablanca. As main responsibilities we can highlight: - Planning, designing and implementing the annual trade and marketing plan for the category. - Responsible for the marketing mix (volumes, prices, margins) as well as market and consumer insights in order to align the category to the market and identify new opportunities. - Lead the launch of new products in contact with all the internal and external stakeholders. - Developing POS, promotional material, designs of the assigned category along with the development of promotions according to market needs. - Work jointly with the Sales department establishing sales forecasts, sales evolution (volume, margin, value) of each reference. Our ideal candidate will have 5 years experience as Trade Marketing or Brand Manager in FMCG companies with deep knowledge of the Moroccan market. We need a person with ability to adapt, good communication and analytical skills, strategic vision and proven experience managing a brand/ category from a 360º approach. French and English or Spanish speaker is required.
