FUNCTIONS

Define mid to long-term strategy using multi-brands approach, key account management and relevant marketing / commercial levers to expand company Travel Retail market share in Europe & Asia. Lead discussions and key contact personnel for region specific / related topics. P&L Accountability - consolidation and review budget for the region. Responsible for the retail sales figures (Sell-out) and Plan/Budgets (Sell-in) for respective travel retail accounts as well as management of forecast based on sales & market trend. Accountable for sales results analysis (SO/SI), product assortments, product mix for respective retailers to achieve retail sales target. Regularly review counter inventory level ensuring out-of-stocks/low stocks item, or slow moving items are identified. Keep abreast of the competitors’ performance, promotional mechanics, incentive programmes and other activities. Involve in the negotiation of terms and brands’ placement with management team. Formulate promotion strategies and action plans to maintain strong relationship with travel retailers through good communications & visibility. Participate in pricing strategy for each account in line with brands guidelines. Work closely with various internal stakeholders to meet the needs of the retailers / agents and to ensure the smooth running of the accounts. Ensure the image adheres to brand guidelines and monitor the merchandising, assortments and planograms are respected in the different locations. Provide guidance & coaching to the staff formulating standard guideline for the region, in terms of daily operations and any other topics. Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate BAs performance & productivity with agent. REQUIREMENTS A recognized university Degree. At least 8 - 12 years of relevant working experience with proven sales record in Travel Retail. Prior experience in sales either in Cosmetics industry and in Travel Retail will be mandatory. Entrepreneur spirit and sense of ownership: mature, independent, responsible and a strong team player. Good communication skills and highly adaptable to different cultures. Negotiation skills and team leader experience. Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details. Able to prioritize numerous tasks and work under pressure and within deadlines. Strong command of oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint. Frequent travelling is required (approximately 60 - 70%).
