FUNCTIONS
As a Content Manager, you are responsible for all activities related to the content creation, editing and management across online and offline channels. You will deliver a meaningful content strategy, content editorial and execute the agreed plan. You will be expected to work closely with the Product and Digital Marketing Managers to create the overall messaging framework.
Responsibilities:
-Content Inventory Refresh. Conduct a contents audit that includes website, all content assets and their alignment the buyer’s persona and buyer journeys.
-Content Strategy. Working with the key stakeholders develop the cross-channel content strategy and editorial calendar
-Content creation & Distribution. Research, create and edit SEO optimized content for all marketing channels: emails, website, social, ads and ensuring that a compelling, consistent and on-brand story is told, adjusting tone and style to the channels, audiences and the buyer stages.
-Sales Enablement. Support the Product Manager to refining the sales tools messaging. Balance business objectives, stakeholders demand, and trending topics with customer expectations to deliver and impactful and relevant message.
-Content Measures. Oversee creation of content effectiveness measure in terms downloads, consumption and conversions and report monthly through the dashboard and easy to digest reports. Content Techs. Co-own and co-manage requirements definition, selection and implementation of content-related technologies.
Requirements:
-Bachelor´s or Master-s degree in English, Media or a related filed.
-5+years of software marketing, content, communication marketing experience.
-Excellent writing and communication skills; experience with content marketing required.
-You will posses a combination mind-set of marketing and publishing and natural ability to write optimized content for different audiences, ensuring a "customer first" approach.
-Experience with telling a story using words, images and/or video and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience.
-Very strong editor and proof-reader with exceptional organizational skills.
-Extreme attention to detail and obsessive about correct spelling, spacing and punctuation.
-Good knowledge and experience of working with the modern marketing technologies.
