FUNCTIONS

Mission: As the right hand of the General Manager you will be Responsible for all HR topics in the region. Functions: HR Administration: 1) Personnel cost planning and reporting To ensure that personnel costs are actively managed by HR in conjunction with the different customers; - Giving input for the monthly HR KPI’s (key figures, headcount); - Giving yearly input for HR Budgets for the different customers and for the Group; 2) Contract Management To ensure that all HR processes are based on uniform contractual conditions, which reflect the legal and current provisions as set out in the ICS; - To control the company car fleet and deal with any related day-to-day matters; - To coordinate the relevant HR matters with the different HR suppliers (insurance providers, pension providers, …) - To coordinate the relevant HR legal matters with the national legal advisors 3) HR System Management To ensure that all HR processes are supported by customised and tailored IT solutions and contribute to added value within the processes; 4) Data Management (payroll, time management) To ensure that all master data are managed so that it is up to date and available at all times in accordance with ICS principles; - Being responsible for absence registration (sickness, holidays, …) in compliance with the national requirements and making the yearly holiday balances for the employees; - Being responsible for the monthly payroll activities, in conjunction with the external payroll providers, for Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Denmark and Sweden; - Providing the necessary information for the monthly payroll accounting treatment; - Being the contact person for the employees for HR Administration matters; - Support the Group in Payroll Matters linked to first level management; HR Management: - Defining and establishing HR policies - Training and personal development - Also acting as interface between HR Administration and Accounting - Participate in HR projects within the group (Assistance in the implementation of SAP HR, Creation of a Travel Policy, ...) Requirements: - Fluent in Flemish and English. At least intermediate in French. - Around 5 years of experience within HR in an international environment. - Structured / well organized - Discrete and accurate / precise - Result oriented
