The role will be part of the Spanish development team and will provide support in all aspects relates to permitting, license and authorization of the project pipeline, focused in Andalucía. The successful candidate will support the division by: Following up and progressing the Pipeline along the critical administrative path (permitting). The candidate must be familiarized with key aspects, features and issues associated with the project management applied to the development of renewable utility sale projects in Spain, from inception till delivery. Main tasks: Support the Spanish branch by: • Manage and coordinate the development activities associated with project pipeline (Project management), by proactively anticipating and addressing potential issues. • Preparing adequate project progress reports, and presentations required for internal purposes, by properly addressing key risks associated with each project or opportunity. • Manage the budget associated to the pipeline. • Coordinate and manage the activity of the external advisers (engineering, environmental consultants, co-developers, etc..) which are required during the permitting and development of project pipeline. • Support in the preparation of documentation required for tendering and bid processes. • Interact with the other departments (such as finance, legal, technical, etc.) involved in project assessment or implementation. • Interact with the local administration, coordinating the necessary activities in order to obtain the project permits (documents and bonds submission, meetings, etc.) Required experience: • Minimum 3 years of combined professional experience working (directly or indirectly) in the renewable industry with Project Management role. Ideally the candidate will have a solid experience in all development aspects associated to the delivery of renewable projects. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required Required Skills: • Deep knowledge of all key features of renewable technology. • Analytical Skills. • Familiarity with permitting process and interaction with local and federal authorities and with external technical, legal and financial advisers. • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and written skills. • Strong Project management fundamentals. • Forward thinking and creative, with a focus on innovation and the ability to perform effectively in complex environments. • Experience in working with a diverse range of cultures and relationships across shareholders, colleagues, clients and stakeholders. • Strong personal drive, energy and credibility. • Commercial attitude. • Teamwork attitude • Availability to travel. • Excellent English both written and oral
