FINANCE AND INSURANCE
FUNCTIONS
You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks that support the managers and investment professionals of the team.
Duties:
-calendar management
- travel organization
- preparation of communications
-travel and representation expense reports
- managing calendars
- organizing and preparing meetings (documentation, catering...).
- managing health insurance arrangements
- office management ( stationery, suppliers, administration...)
- data analysis
To be successful in this position you must be:
highly organized, have good time management skills, flexibility and a proactive and independent attitude.
Possess a bilingual level of English and Spanish and knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
Average knowledge of office will be required.
