FUNCTIONS

Responsabilities: 1. Establish policies, targets, and control for Finished Goods inventories for the sku’s managed in EMEA, driven by supplier lead time and reliability to support desired levels of customer service consistent with financial objectives for assigned categories. 2. Directly supervise people assigned, ensuring policies and procedures are followed in supporting their categories. 3. Oversee the preparation of short and medium range production plans. Ensure the quality of Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Finite Schedule (FS) execution (including expedite-defer system). 4. To analyze and implement alternatives approaches to improve effectiveness of planning processes and team performance. 5. To facilitate the Global S&OP meeting and assist at the Supply review meetings. 6. Defines & supervises New Products Project Management’s strategies for the sku’s produced in EMEA according to quantities and timings requested from the business. 7. Assist Manufacturing Dept. and Global Procurement for the Budget process. 8. Support DRP in defining stock levels for Intercompany’s products (specially in the Push/Push Model). 9. Maintain a liaison with Demand, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Research & Development, Quality, Sales, Procurement, DRP, Distribution & Customer Service, Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, to ensure site and company objectives are met. 10. Implement organizational policies which result in maximizing personnel development, achieving organizational goals, and improving processes (S&Op). 11. Develop cycle stock and safety stock settings to maintain the appropriate inventory level in support of customer/internal service and inventory turns objectives. 12. Lead SLOB reduction efforts, including preventive actions such as SLIM, SKU harmonization. Requirements: - College Degree BS ( MBA a plus) and a minium of 5 years in similar position in consumer products industry. - APICS/CIRM certification desirable. - Knowledge of computerized manufacturing systems (ERP), Supply Chain Management and a working knowledge of Just-In-Time inventory systems. - Materials Management knowledge. - Excellent Communication skills. - Strong Leadership and Organizational skills. - Excellent People Management skills.
