FUNCTIONS

We are currently looking for a new team of HR professionals at all levels to set up operations of a new hotel in Aruba. We are looking to hire HR Directors, HR Managers and HR Coordinators. This is initially a project for three years where the HR team will start developing the brand name of the company in order to start attracting the right talent in the local market and internationally. This area will also be responsible for developing relationships with local recruitment agencies and universities in order to support operations. Finally we expect the team to be familiar with local labor laws. Requirements: - We are looking to hire HR professionals with different levels of seniority from 3 years to +10 years of experience in HR related positions in the hospitality sector - University degree - Experience in any or all of the following areas: Employer Branding, Dutch Labor laws, Recruiting, relationships with recruitment agencies - Dutch high level (C1) and English (C1). Papiamento and Spanish highly valued - Capacity to adapt in a dynamic environment - Result oriented - Culturally sensitive
