FUNCTIONS

As part of the company's growth, we are currently recruiting the Global Demand Planning Manager. As the Global Demand Planning Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Demand Planners and Demand analysts and overseeing the global demand planning process within the organization. You will be responsible for driving the Demand planning process, ensuring transparent and collaborative ways of working with neighboring functions and driving the Demand Review meeting as part of the S&OP cycle. You will play a crucial role in driving overall demand planning governance, fostering best practice sharing and designing and enforcing demand planning performance management processes. Your expertise in supply chain management, particularly in the demand planning process, data analysis and your strong team management and communication skills will be essential in optimizing the supply chain and meeting customer demands efficiently. This role is based in Sevilla. Our ideal candidate will have: •10+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, specifically in demand planning/forecasting/sales analysis/statistical modelling. • Experience in managing teams of 5+ people. • Bachelor's and/or Master´s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field. • Experience in FMCG, ideally with home/personal care categories. Analytical capabilities for and proficiency in statistical/AI modeling to develop demand planning forecasts. • Experience in guiding development of analytics models. • Ability to interpret forecasting patterns and translate analytical insights into actions. • Understanding of relevant demand drivers, forecasting segmentation approaches, and how to apply appropriate forecasting methods. • Strong working knowledge of different demand planning software. • Good command of other IT systems - particularly MS Office, Power BI and SAP. • Language skills: Fluent in English & Spanish, any other language is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills, such as fostering trust, collaborating with colleagues in other organizations, and managing conflict. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to effectively lift discussions on relevant matters to Executive level. • Strong decision-making abilities. • Business solution mindset. • Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change. • Process management.
