FUNCTIONS

Functions: System compliance: - Guarantee the Company Safety Culture implementation in all Bus, by supporting local H&S teams. - Ensure requirements, by following all standards and any other local legal requirements related on Health & Safety. Also, must ensure proper transmission of all updates and changes coming from HQ on H&S requirements. - Coordinate and manage the risk assessment of the different processes and working positions through the whole supply chain. Audits & Certifications: - This position will lead all certifications (internal & external) related with Health & Safety. It will also execute the internal audits. - It includes the follow-up of the corrective action plans and any support required. Incidents Management: - All accidents happened within Company business, must be followed by this position. Even if they belong to third parties. - Behind all the accidents, this position must ensure the implementation of the corrective action plan and give support to the local teams whenever is required. - Apart of the accidents, there is the management of the “near miss” situations that must be managed by engaging the local teams on highlighting those situations in a proactive manner. Training and local support: - Define Safety training requirements at Company (either QSE department or other stakeholders). - Training on safety when required and support the trainers. Project Management: - There are several projects on safety, either at the manufacturing sites or road to market area that must be supported by this position together with the local teams. KPIs and reporting: - This area has implemented a KPIs system to report and track the execution of the H&S area. However, with the aim of the continuous improvement, KPIs must be adapted at the circumstances and evolution of the area and the business. Requirements: - The ideal candidate has a Science degree (Chemical, Engineering, Food Industry, etc), and more than 5 years of experience at Health & Safety field. Desirable experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good companies preferably in Beverage or food industry. - French and English Proficiency. - Advance level of all the Office Package - Knowledge on QSE audits and international standards (ISO 22000, ISO 45000, OHSAS, etc). - Experience as internal/external auditor on safety and experience with team working with remote teams. - Knowledge of international QSE certifications. - Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
