FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities: - Process optimisations in exchange with other Customer Service stakeholders and departments - Monitoring and compliance with KPIs - Ensuring customer satisfaction - Managing and Coaching Customer Service Team member - Ensuring the best possible processing of customer inquiries - Advice on and implementation of processes and procedures - Change Management Requirements: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in client-facing business operations roles (B2B) - Good SAP knowledge - Knowledge and experience of project Business - Fluent in written and spoken German and English - Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
