FUNCTIONS
As a practice Lead you would be responsible for:
Consultative sales - with a view to achieve and exceed Revenue target. Target audience - CEO / MD and HR Heads.
Delivery Management - End to end delivery bottomline with a team to support the execution
Build the Team - Grow the team organically based on demand
Grow the practice - Establish an excellent reputation in the market to ensure top drawer brand equity. Exercise all levers within the existing constraints progressively and logically to grow the practice
REQUIREMENTS
At least 7 years of credible professional experience
Consultative sales experience - Experience in consultative sales of any service to CxO suite is required. Must love SALES!
You fit if you are: An executive search professional with exp. in the Technology Practice (Search experience is a distinct advantage) OR you are a Talent Acquisition Manager with a Technology MNC OR you are an IT Industry expert, willing to get into the search business.
Team Management - Experience of managing a small team, patiently coaching, mentoring and building individual capabilities is a big plus.
Personal attributes - High energy, ambition, interpersonal connect, fluent communication, and initiative. Must love to travel (locally or otherwise) and meet people. Entrepreneurial and risk taking folks will do good at this role
Education - A Masters in Business Administration from a reputed institute.
Communication - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required along with good presentation skills.
