The Corporate Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the corporate marketing team, country marketing teams, and agencies on the strategy and implementation of the Neuraxpharm digital marketing and communication plans for corporate products. Place of work: Spain (Barcelona), Germany (Düsseldorf), Italy (Ascoli Piceno), or France (Paris). Other European Countries to be discussed. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, his/her main functions will be: • Plan in close collaboration with corporate and country marketing, optimize and execute creative, data-driven digital campaigns to generate new traffic and customer loyalty through paid and organic channels including SEM, display advertising, retargeting, SEO and content marketing. • Define and implement scalable processes and systems that deliver best in class demand generation, database management and communication programs. • Develop own programs in customer lifecycle to drive MQL’s and SQL’s. • Develop customer activation, retention, re-activation and lead nurture programs. • Develop multi-touch demand creation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics, including email, content, webinars, ABM, (automated) database marketing, SEM, retargeting, social media, etc. • Deploy advanced segmentation, targeting, and automation processes. • Leverage marketing automation tools to track marketing campaign ROIs. • Track and report on KPIs (campaign metrics) and revenue attribution; track performance and report on results to drive insights for future digital activities. • Continually build the size and quality of the database while also developing a comprehensive database segmentation plan. • Manage service providers including external agency vendors and freelancers. • Advise country marketing teams on digital campaigns. • Closely collaborate with Corporate Communications on websites and digital Strategies. • Support Chief Marketing Officer. We ask for: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or similar. • 3+ years hands-on experience in a digital marketing role in pharma or biotech, preferably in consumer healthcare. Previous experience in FMCG or Retail business will be appreciated. • Experience working in a corporate environment and managing projects in different European countries. • Excellent writing (storytelling) and grammatical skills with an understanding of writing for digital communication, including landing pages, email marketing, and web. • Working knowledge of GDPR regulations. • Experience working with demand generation emails focused on delivering qualified leads and pipelines. • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot/Pardot/Marketo, analytics and tracking tools including Google Analytics, SEMRUsh, Google Search Console etc. • Experience with CRM applications. • Creative design and formatting expertise. • Experience delivering SEO Programs, including on-page optimization techniques, the importance of content and building Authority through link development. • Experience creating and managing Google ads and paid media campaigns including on social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. • You live and breathe A/B testing, subject lines, CTAs and content. • High attention to detail with the ability to run quality assurance on emails and campaign flow. • Fluent english.
