FUNCTIONS

With a strong focus on Glazing or Forming departments, his/her main objectives will be to Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs, as well as maintaining quality standards, in order to develop glazing and forming strategies, policies and procedures, rules and regulations in line with the Group. Main responsibilities: > Interpret the factory policies/strategies into practices. > Design and lead the implementation of factory management system in the company. > Manage entries activities that create or reinforce a positive employee relations atmosphere > Provide Executives with reasonable recommendations for dealing with factory issues in their areas of responsibility > Assist all departments in facilitating the understanding and implementing of company’s management policies and system. > Oversee, manage and evaluate the company’s practices in relation to their department and ensure that they are in compliance with labor law, company rules and regulations, as well as policies and procedures. > Oversee, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the glazing and forming, manpower planning, production plan, employee performance appraisal and total performance management system (TPMS), safety, quality control issues of the production are carried out perfectly by following industry standards. > Plan and manage for Supervisory Level on production activities, performance management and appraisal activity. > Actively participate in management committees e.g. welfare committee, safety committee, etc. > Work with management of the corporate to develop strategy, objective and plan on training and development that directly reflect the organizational strategic plan. > Establish guidelines to identify employees capabilities, organizational needs and actions required on employees’ career planning and succession planning. > Oversee, manage and evaluate training and development, career planning, and succession > Develop and manage the production reports from the collected data and communicate results to the people concerned. Additional duties: Organizing > Ensure that internal communication programs are in place and operating effectively. > Represent the organization as appropriate in its relationships with members and other organizations. > Ensure that organizational policies are uniformly understood and properly interpreted and administered. > Oversee all activities within the department/function/ project team and participate in significant decisions. Managing People > Evaluate performance of reporting staff members and provide feedback. > Ensure that staff and project team member productivity and morale are at high levels.

REQUIREMENTS

> Master or bachelor in industrial engineering or related > At least 10 years of experience in a similar industry and with premium brands is a strong asset Global technical expertise and understanding of the company’s activities and project methodologies > Ability to lead and guide a team of experts, within a highly multicultural context > Organized, multitasker, analytical and problem-solver > Creative and innovative > Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at different levels of the organisation
