Mission
Position our client preferred partner with their clients by leading the commercial team to develop and execute the business strategy to deliver profitable sales growth for the designated geographic area.
Develop high level strategies designed to deliver sustainable, profitable growth inline with the corporate strategy.
Lead and manage a growing commercial team incl Senior Sales Managers
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Influence and persuade key decision makers and resources to support business objectives
Understand the market structure and driving forces, able to identify market& business opportunities.
Foster a culture of innovation
Accountable for Profit and Loss, accurate sales forecast and budget alignment.
Maximize profit levers in coherence with global policy
Create, present and execute local business plans aligning with global and regional business objectives
Reporting to the Top Management
REQUIREMENTS
15+ years of sales experience preferably in a B2B environment in the Flavor, Fragrances, Food, Ingredientes or Specialty Chemical related industry.
Master or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Food Science or Chemistry
English on profiency level plus additional languages , preferrable German
Strong people management skills
Result Driven, strong Customer Focus and strategic agility
Preferred experience in the flavour industry
