FUNCTIONS
Project Manager (Innovation Operations) r role at Revlon within organization. This role will focus on leading and combining
NPDs, Business Continuity projects and cost saving projects across HAIR and APDEOs categories with a wholistic lens
(Portfolio Strategic Focus).
Essentials Responsibilities:
-Deliver NPD, Business Continuity and Cost Saving programs via Innovation Development Process; appropriately
balances quality, time and cost
-Independently lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Develop, manage and maintain up-to-date Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key
interdependencies and resource constraints, applying appropriate project scheduling techniques.
-Monitor project status and execution; develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc.
-Make timely updates to Project Templates, Project Dashboards and Update Forms.
-Possess strong facilitation skills to drive the team to deliver results, engage teams in healthy debate/conflict, and
deliver solutions.
-Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders, with direction and guidance, lead
development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning.
-Support and partner Business to build Masterplans.
-Unlock agility
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree is required, with a degree in the Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Business
or a related discipline. Master’s degree or MBA or other advanced degree desirable.Business and Financial Acumen will be taken into consideration.
-4-5 years of project management experience leading/managing cross-functional teams. Preferring experience in
managing new product development projects from idea to market launch.
-Experience working in at least two functional areas (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Project Management, Procurement,
Marketing, etc.)
-At least 3+ years of professional experience; prefer 2+ years in FMCG, CPG or OTC healthcare;
-Strong project leadership capabilities and clear communication.
-Demonstrates a constant improvement mindset
-Must be familiar with standard PM tools and templates. Strong MS Office suite skills; can demonstrate expertise
with MS Project; exposure to cloud based PPMO systems.
-PM certification (PMI, PMBOK) or other documented intra-company certification/training will be taken into
consideration.
-Experience within a global, matrix organization. Can show evidence of directing, motivating and facilitating skilled
professionals in a dynamic, high pressure, constantly changing environment.
-Highly self-motivated, pro-active, results oriented individual with robust interpersonal skills that is resilient.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
