The office assistant gives support to the teams within the accounting, legal, commercial and operations areas. Functions: - Administrative management of the office ( control of payment to suppliers, travel and office expenses). - Labor management and personnel administration (relationship with the IMSS, inspections, compliance with employer-employee obligations, labor inspections, safety and hygiene, etc). - Financial, Fiscal and Audit Activities ( office accounting and financial management, participation in accounting closings, preparation of reports for the board meeting, support for the preparation and periodic reviews of annual AOP and three-year plans, intercompany invoicing and charges). - Team Support ( assistance to management, reception activities, secretarial support, customer service, digital and social network management, marketing campaigns, commercial campaigns, support in prospecting clients). Profile. - Bachelor Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, International Business. - 3+ experience years in a office management role. - Desirable experience working in a consulting / audit firm. - Detail and high quality oriented. - Excellent communications skills ( verbal and written). - Results oriented. - Reliable, committed, honest, proactive and autonomous. - Full english professional proficiency (advanced).
