FUNCTIONS

We are looking for a National Sales Manager for Mexico to lead the growth and operations of a multinational European ingredients company who will lead the FOOD Ingrediets Business (Vitamins, botanicals, aminoacids, antioxidants.. etc). Reporting directly to the Food Managing Partner in Europe, the Mexico´s National Sales Manager will be in charge of developing a base of customers in Mexico within the Food Industry to achieve the business growth targets as outlined by the Group´s plan, accomplishing with the main business targets such as revenue, growth and business margin. The National Sales Manager should provide with accurate sales data into the Sales and Operational Plan and ensure sales forecasts are defined. For that, the Sales Manager for Mexico will need to elaborate a strategic business plan for the Country´s development and growth. The National Sales Manager will be also be responsible for analyzing new business opportunities by identifying new product and new sales opportunities that have potential to add value to the business and communicate that back to the Managing Partner and Product Management Team. This role works very closely with the headquarters team in Europe, especially with the Product Management, Quality and Logistics areas. This is a good opportunity to join a leading global company, with a warm and participatory culture. The role can move forward to a Product Management role or could be able to build a sales team to grown in the Latam region. Therefore, this is a very good opportunity to grow your career and to prepare yourself for a Country Management role or a Product Management role, depending on qualification, experience and results achieved. You will be also eligible to own shares of the company. The role is a home based one, but you will be also able to work at a company´s location. However, we are open the Sales Manager lives at any city such as Ciudad de México, Monterrey, Guadalajara or Querétaro.
