FUNCTIONS

FUNCTIONS: Supply Planning: - Consolidate the Supply Planning mid-term, long-term of all the BU's at group level. Perform the analysis required to improve the global level performances. Perform sensitive Supply Planning analysis. - Contribute to standardization of the production and materials planning process across all BU's, with standard policies, procedures, KPI's and targets. - Contribute to the definition and the measure of Planning KPIs at all BU's: Root cause analysis and action plan implementation in case of deviations. Putting a focus in Customer Service Level (Case fill rate), Production fill rate, production performance to plan and materials performance to plan. - Contribute to the global efforts to optimize the total value of inventories during the year and especially by yearend without impacting the service level. - Update the BU's inventory policy on alignment with BU's planning mana - Pursue the support of the Region supply planning team and assist the teams involved to improve the performances and the operating of the tool. - Monitor the performance of the BU's planning processes. Specific focus on the Production and Materials Planning process in total alignment with the BU's Supply Planners, identifying opportunities of improvement. - Give support to ensure the correct KPIs calculation through BI implementation with MIS support. Defining the right reporting with corresponding Root Cause analysis, action plans definition & implementation. Sales and Operations Process: - Contribute to the standardization of the supply planning process across all BU's, with standard policies, procedures, KPI's and targets: Baseline definition, effects quantification, IT tools utilization, … - Contribute to the group executive S&OP process, in the standardization & the S&OP process over all BU’s as a key lever to gain overall business efficiency and alignment across all company's functions. - Monitor the compliance & alignment within TCCC and Company Operations standard policies & procedures. - Contribute to the respect of the application of RACI, SLA and issues scalation process of procedures and processes related to planning in the group. - Contribute to the digital transformation of the SCM by implementing new models regarding the Supply Planning process and the innovations process (Advanced analytics, DDMRP, …) Team Management: - Manage, develop a Team and establish individual and team performance standards to build capability and efficiency. Organizing and coordinating the technical and human resources, animating the teams, transmitting and being an example of Company’s values, creating spirit of cooperation, favouring the autonomy, the delegation of power and the control of results. REQUIREMENTS: - The ideal candidate has a Bachelor / Master degree in Supply chain, Business Administration or Engineering, APICS Certification is a plus. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role in FMCG business, desirable food and beverage experience. - Expertise in Project Management with a Certification. - Extensive experience in leadership and relationship management - Experience in international environments with cross-cultural teams leading projects. - French and English Proficiency. - Proficiency in office automation tools (MS OFFICE), knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R/3, APO and/or JDA preferred), planning software and BI tools. - Knowledge of the TCCC system and beverage industry is an advantage.
