Are you an accomplished Regulatory Affairs professional with extensive expertise in EU and French regulations?
Our client, a renowned global leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs to drive their regulatory strategy in France while leading a dynamic and high-performing team. The position is based in Lyon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and motivate a team of 4 Regulatory Affairs professionals, supporting their growth and fostering an efficient and proactive work culture.
- Regulatory Strategy and Compliance: Coordinate and supervise local regulatory submissions, ensuring full compliance with local and EU regulations.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary contact with local Health Authorities and collaborate with stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.
- Project Management: Develop and implement local strategic product plans aligned with global goals, while leading key regulatory projects.
- Material Validation: Oversee and certify promotional materials according to current regulations.
Requirements:
- PhD in Pharmacy (mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, with in-depth knowledge of French and EU regulations.
- Proven experience leading high-performance teams and managing relationships with Health Authorities.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Availability to travel.
