Our client, a global leader in fluid technology for industrial applications, is currently looking for a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) EMEA. In this role you will shape and execute the regional marketing strategy of the company. Reporting to EMEA Marketing Director you’ll play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, generating demand, and guiding marketing evolution in the region.
Your responsibilities
Regional & Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead the integration of a newly acquired business unit into the overall marketing strategy, in collaboration with the global marketing team.
- Apply regionally all SBUs marketing strategies supporting Central and Eastern Europe sales team.
- Shape and deliver EMEA-wide campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
- Represent EMEA in global marketing forums to ensure regional insights inform global strategies.
- Unite and elevate the company’s Sealants & Adhesives marketing across Europe.
- Act as a mentor and future team leader within the evolving regional structure.
Channel & Digital Marketing Execution
- Drive demand generation and enable sales with compelling marketing content and assets.
- Collaborate with the Global Digital Marketing Manager to ensure localized, relevant social media presence.
Event & Partner Marketing
- Plan and execute regional trade shows, distributor events, and product activations.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and ROI measurement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global marketing teams to leverage design, content, and digital expertise.
- Align local execution with global brand positioning, messaging, and standards.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field – or a comparable vocational qualification/training.
- 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial or technical sectors.
- Fluency in German and English required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within DACH region is required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus (but not a must).
- Interest in learning AI-powered creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly).
- Strong B2B content creation and digital engagement experience is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-starter with excellent project management capabilities.
