FUNCTIES

- Implement, define and manage the department's strategic plan in line with the company's strategy. - Select and develop the channels to be used for internal communication, both those used by the heads of the different areas, as well as those intended to promote communication among employees, and between employees and the company. - Understand the communication needs of the different areas of the organization, and provide support in terms of message coordination, formats, channels and communication calendars... - Supervise and/or manage the different means of communication of the Internal Communication area. - To follow up on the actions implemented in the communication strategies and to make a relevant evaluation. - Ensure internal relations, i.e., those that take place within the company between the company and the collaborators. - Contribute to generate prestige and recognition of the brand, through communication strategies to enhance the image of the brand, carrying out a follow-up of the same.
